IHH charges either a monthly fee for complex engagements, or a flat rate for smaller projects.
Monthly Contract
Situation: You need a senior leader to assume several responsibilities on a full-time basis for a short period of time.
Time Commitment: IHH Chief of Staff only works with one client in this tier per month. No limit on the number of calls or virtual meetings during working hours.
Example Engagements: acquisition due diligence, integrating an acquisition, bridging a gap on your leadership team.
Pricing: Fee covers a comprehensive scope of work in one-month increments that can be renewed monthly.
Project Package
Situation: You need help completing 1-3 well-defined projects.
Time Commitment: Assumes the majority of project work can be completed by Chief of Staff individually. Includes 2 hours of virtual meetings per week.
Example Projects: building a budget model, developing new compensation plans, outlining a strategy for a new line of business, market research, job postings & interviews.
Pricing: We will agree on a timeline and a clear fixed fee for the project, giving you clarity before any work begins. You won't pay more if the project takes longer. If we get the job done faster, we don't think you'll be upset!
